WHO WE ARE

Kauri’s Corner is the coaching and teaching work of Kauri Mowll, run at www.kauriscorner.com. In this policy, “we” means Kauri’s Corner, operated by Kauri Mowll, based in Florida, United States.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We only collect what you give us, plus basic site data that every website gets.

• Book launch list (EGO: A Man’s Survival Guide): your first name, email, and whether you ticked the box for launch updates. We use it to tell you when the book is out, only if you said yes.

• What’s Governing You? assessment: your answers to the 20 questions, your result, and the contact details you enter, such as your name and email. We use it to show your result, email it to you, and, only if you opt in, send follow-up emails for your result type.

• Booking a session: your first and last name, email, phone and a message if you add them, the session you chose and the time. We use it to schedule and confirm your session and send reminders.

• Paying for a session: online payment is handled by Wix Payments. We see that you paid, never your full card number.

• Emailing hello@kauriscorner.com: whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply to you.

• Visiting the site: your device, browser, pages viewed, and rough location from your IP address, collected through cookies. We use it to keep the site working and understand which pages help people.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to do what you asked for: send your assessment result, book your session, answer your email, or tell you about the book if you signed up.

We send marketing emails only when you opt in. Finishing the assessment does not sign you up on its own.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or give it to anyone to market to you.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share information only with the services that run the site for us, and only so they can do that job:

• Wix.com hosts the site and stores form entries, bookings, assessment results and our contact list. Wix’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that data.

• Wix Payments handles online payments for paid sessions.

If we add another service that handles your information, we’ll name it here. We may also share information if the law requires it.

YOUR EMAIL CHOICES

Emails you need, such as your assessment result, a booking confirmation or a reminder, go out because you asked for the thing they’re about.

Updates and follow-ups, such as book launch news or the email series for your assessment result, go out only if you opted in. Every update email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@kauriscorner.com and we’ll take you off the list.

ABOUT YOUR ASSESSMENT ANSWERS

What’s Governing You? is a personal-development tool for reflection. It is not a clinical diagnosis, a mental health screening, or a medical record, and it does not replace therapy or medical care.

Your answers and result are kept private. Only Kauri’s Corner can see them, and we use them to send your result and, if you opted in, the follow-up emails for your result type.

COOKIES

The site uses cookies, small files your browser keeps, so pages load, forms and bookings work, and we can see basic visit counts. Wix sets most of them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like booking, may not work without them. Wix explains the cookies it sets in its own cookie policy.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your information while you’re on our list or working with us, and for 2 years after our last contact, unless the law asks us to keep it longer. Then we delete it.

KEEPING IT SAFE

Your information is stored on Wix’s secure systems, and the site uses an encrypted (https) connection. No website is perfectly secure, but we limit access to Kauri’s Corner only.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, fix anything that’s wrong, delete it, or stop sending you updates. Email hello@kauriscorner.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, your local law may give you more rights, and we’ll honor them.

AGE

This site is meant for people 16 and older. If you’re under 18, get a parent’s or guardian’s OK before booking a session. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
